Return Policy :
Rudolph Medical Fitness & Wellness is an authorized
dealer for all products we sell. Full manufacturer's warranties apply.
Returns will not be accepted
and credited unless the buyer has obtained a RA number from RUDOLPH MEDICAL FITNESS & WELLNESS 513-360-0817.
Items are returnable within 7 days of receipt.
Items
must be returned in original packaging and free from damage. It is the customer’s responsibility for ALL shipping
charges unless the error is due to Rudolph Medical's actions. All returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
Custom
made products are not returnable.
Shipping:
Same day
shipping on most in stock items.
Most items
ship by UPS Ground Service within 24 hours Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays).
Any special express shipping such as: Next Day Air, 2nd Day
Air, 3 Day Select, etc orders must be received by 1:00 (EST) Unfortunately, no weekend shipments are available.
Partial shipments will be made when necessary.
We do NOT request
or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. It is solely
up to your delivery driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature.
If your package
was delivered, and shipping company confirmed it, we can not accept any theft claims for the refunds.
Our products
are shipped to the 48 contiguous United
States, all others please check before
placing your order.
Oversize
items will be shipped through a freight company.
FREIGHT CLAIMS ARE THE
SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSIGNEE PER ICC REGULATIONS.
Non-Stock products are
not returnable.

& MasterCard. You may also pay by certified check or money order, but please
call or email us for more details. Your order is placed on a secure site - your credit card information is secure and your
name is never given to outside vendors
